You can browse on our website and add items to your cart without creating an account, but to make any purchases you need to create an account by providing an email address and creating a password. Once you’ve created an account, shipping with us will be even easier

Payment

You can pay using any of the following:

  • Online Banking/Visa Card: (Internet banking such Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online etc.)
  • Cash On Delivery: Make payment to the courier after receiving the product item.

Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. Your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and you’ll receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is dispatched for delivery.

Return & Exchange

Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order.

Any return is only valid 3 days after received the item and it is only valid for defects on the products in terms of label and content of the products with the cap sealed and broken item due to poor wrapping services. Please email us order details and item faulty proof at [email protected]

Any delivery cost shall be borne by customers.
